The Wheeling Vintage Raceboat Regatta accepts applications from food and drink vendors as well as arts and crafts and non-profit organization vendors. We have a policy of limiting the number of food vendors that we accept so that all may expect to be profitable. We choose our food vendors based on the type of product that is offered and do our best to limit duplications.

If you wish to exhibit as an arts and crafts or non-profit organization booth, we welcome as many applications as possible. Please note that the vendors' fee for this type of booth is just $50! The Wheeling Vintage Raceboat Regatta is organized to be a family event, and your booths greatly add to achieving that atmosphere. Please feel free to tell your crafter friends that they are invited to join the fun by exhibiting at the Regatta!
