Our Vendors
The Wheeling Vintage Raceboat Regatta has a limited number of spaces available for food vendors. We try very hard not to duplicate the items sold by our vendors, and we keep the number of vendors low so that all may expect to have the greatest chance of being profitable. The Regatta understands that you are running a business and we try to keep our vendor fee as low as possible to help you.
The Regatta has a limited number of spaces available for commercial vendors. Commercial vendors are those involved in sales or promotion of items other than food and drink, political groups, and those in any business other than food or arts/crafts/non-profits. (With regard to the distinction between arts/crafts/non-profits and commercial vendors, if you or your family did not personally make at least 80% of the items for sale in your booth, you are considered a commercial vendor.)
The Regatta also has an unlimited number of spaces available for art & craft vendors and non-profit organizations selling food or craft items or distributing information. You or your family must personally make 80% of the items for sale in your booth to quality as an arts/crafts vendor. Our fee for these types of booths is very low; the Regatta strives to establish a family atmosphere at our event, and your booths greatly add to that atmosphere. Please be sure to pass our website along to any of your arts & crafts or non-profit vendors!
Our Volunteers
One of the important things that makes the Wheeling Vintage Raceboat Regatta a truly great event for spectators and participants alike is our dedicated group of volunteers. From helping on the dock or in the souvenir booth, to providing safety in the pits or parking directions, our volunteers make the Regatta go smoothly for everyone.
If you would like to volunteer to help with the Regatta, please send us an email and be sure to let us know if you would like to work in a particular area. We'll be in contact with you!
